This week Josh received his Arrow of Light award. This is the Cub Scout equivalent of Eagle Scout. We are proud of his accomplishments.
This week we got to see a baby horse just after birth. It is amazing how large it is. We got to see it trying to stand for the first time. Sorry about the poor picture quality...it was a black horse in a dark barn.
Josh mowed the grass for the first time this week. He is finely able to safely reach the brake/clutch pedal. I think he enjoyed it. He did a pretty good job for his first experience though I had to touch up a few spots afterwards.
The kids' last day of school was Friday. Summer has officially began for them.
